Not Even 24 Hours After Sarah Huckabee Sanders Is Promoted, Look What Happens To Her

Wow. As soon and Sarah Huckabee Sanders was promoted to White House press secretary, Liberals are already attacking her appearance. Of course everything is a double standard with Liberals.

Daily Caller reported: Sarah Huckabee Sanders was promoted to White House press secretary Friday, and it didn’t take long for liberals to attack her appearance and politics.

While Sanders is just the third woman to serve as press secretary — following Dee Dee Myers and Dana Perino — some questioned the idea that Sanders’ ascension is a win for feminism.

Mediaite published an article shortly after the promotion announcement that accused Sanders of “hurting women.”

Some liberal reactions… Weak.

This is downright pathetic. I wonder if any hardcore feminists will clap back. I think not.

Pathetic: New York Mayor Bill De Blasio Has Homeless Riders On Subway Booted From Train Before He Enters

The New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio had homeless riders on the subway booted from the train before he entered the car. Sounds like a Democrat to me!

The NY Post reported: Mayor de Blasio ventured into the city’s decrepit subway system on Sunday — but didn’t have to face the foul-smelling and often crazy vagrants that ordinary New Yorkers are forced to contend with every day.

That’s because police were ordered to roust all the homeless people from two stations ahead of the mayor’s four-stop press event as he rode from his Park Slope gym to his new re-election headquarters in Downtown Brooklyn, law-enforcement sources told The Post.

The rank and file had until 11 a.m. to prepare the Fourth Avenue/Ninth Street and Jay Street/MetroTech F train stations for the mayor’s brief, underground publicity stunt, sources said.

One source characterized the directive — contained in an email from the NYPD’s Transit Bureau — as instructing cops to “make sure nobody’s hanging out” so that the stations “looked nice.”

Another source said the mayor’s office notified police brass of his schedule ahead of time “with the expectation that the subway stations would be free and clear of homeless people.”

“It’s too bad he’s only interested when he’s going to get on the subway,” the source said.

“I wish he had the same attention to detail when he wasn’t on the subway. Too bad he doesn’t care about quality of life for all passengers and not just himself.”

A newsstand manager inside the Jay Street/MetroTech station was shocked by the noticeable absence of derelicts on the uptown A, C and F platform surrounding his kiosk.

“I see a lot of homeless people in a week — up to 25. On average five a day. Today, I have seen only one,” Ali Imtiaz said.

“I was asking my colleague today why we don’t see any homeless.”

Democrats Blocking Ben Carson From Fixing Our Inner Cities

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Dr. Ben Carson says he dreams about having a full staff such as Assistant Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries. Left-wing obstructionists have made it almost impossible for him to do his job. reported: “Those are the kinds of things that we need to be thinking about. We need to be thinking about developing complete communities, not just putting people under a shelter. Our success should be defined by how many people we get out of public housing, not how many people we put into it. We have to make people self-sufficient,” he said.

Carson noted he was currently “the only Senate-confirmed person in the HUD building.”

“I fantasize about the whole concept of having some assistant secretaries and a deputy secretary,” he said wistfully. “I’m sure they’ll come someday. In the meantime, we’re not letting that stop us. We’ll continue to focus on what needs to be done to eliminate homelessness and to put people on the pathway to success in life.”

Marlow found it “shocking” that Carson did not have the executive assistance he needed. Carson replied that there was “plenty of blame to go around” for the situation.

“I know for certain that there are certain people who don’t want things to get accomplished and who have actually admitted that to some,” he said.

“That’s neither here nor there. They can’t hold us up forever,” Carson declared. “The various secretaries, we’re working together. Our chiefs of staff are working together. The people here at HUD are doing a yeoman’s job. People told me, ‘You’d have difficulty working with them.’ That’s not the case. You get them involved in helping to resolve these problems. You benefit from their 10, 20, 30, 40 years here.” Read the full story here.

Maxine Waters Donor Contributions Hit Rock Bottom After “Resist 45” Campaign Fails

Maxine Waters has sen her contributions collapse, as her “Resist 45” campaign has failed to inspire donors to pony up cash.

Zerohedge reported: Maxine Waters, the Democratic Representative from the progressive paradise of California, has been an active participant in the “Resist 45” movement. She has frequently appeared on political talk shows to call for President Trump’s impeachment for, among other things, his clearly ‘bigoted’ travel ban (which has since been upheld by the Supreme Court) and his support of Russian President Vladimir Putin…even as Putin continued his invasion of ‘Korea’ (no, that’s not a typo…it’s an actual quote).

Of course, it’s somewhat likely that all of Waters’ grandstanding has been nothing more than a political stunt designed to raise extra cash for the Democratic Party. But, the only problem with the plan is that it doesn’t seem to be working at all. In fact, it seems to be having the opposite effect on potential donors as political contributions to her campaign have collapsed.

As the Washington Free Beacon points out, despite her elevated profile of late, Waters’ campaign only managed to pull in ~$20,000 in individual contributions so far this year and an abysmal $12,600 in 2Q 2017.

Citizens for Waters, Rep. Waters’ campaign committee, reported receiving just $12,600 individual contributions throughout the second quarter, which runs between April 1 and June 30. During the first quarter, which spans from Jan. 1 to March 31, the campaign reported $9,508.79 in individual contributions. Waters has now pulled in just $22,108.79 in total individual contributions.

The campaign has compensated for the low amount of individual contributions by pulling in six figures from political action committees. The campaign reported $2,500 from PACs during the first quarter and $99,500 during the second quarter.

Rep. Waters’ campaign now has $193,714.02 cash on hand and debts totaling $128,748.12. A majority of the debt is owed to Karen Waters, the daughter of Maxine Waters.

Ironically, despite her inability to raise money, Maxine’s daughter Karen is owed $108,000 by the campaign for assisting with her “slate mailer” program. Read the full story here.

Liberal Min-wage Earners Now Demanding Fix-Schedules As Well As $15/Hour Regardless Of Customer Flow

Minimum wage earners are now wanting set-schedules, despite the needs of the business. This means that even if for example, a resruant doesn’t get busy during a certain predicted time, that means the the “scheduled employ” must still be allowed to work. That of course means that the resturant will be paying these idiots to do nothing just because the schedule was made in advanced. All because stupid Liberals have it too hard these days. NEW YORK (Reuters) – The text message came as Flavia Cabral walked to a McDonald’s restaurant in Manhattan for her 6 p.m. shift on a May evening. It was from her manager. Business was slow and she was not needed.

Cabral said she was not too surprised. Her work hours fluctuate almost weekly, though losing an entire shift at the last minute happens only once every few months. This time the canceled shift took a $63 bite out of her average $350 gross weekly earnings from two part-time jobs.

“Every week you’re guessing how much money you’re going to get and how many days you’re going to work,” said Cabral, 53, who has been employed at McDonald’s for four years. But a measure of relief is coming for Cabral and 65,000 other New York City fast-food workers whose schedules and incomes often change with little or no notice.

New York recently became the largest U.S. city to require fast-food restaurants to schedule workers at least two weeks in advance, or pay them extra for changes.

The law, which the restaurant industry vigorously opposed, also requires employers to allow 11-hour breaks between shifts, offer part-time staff additional work before hiring new employees, and pay retail workers to be “on call.” It takes effect late this year.

McDonald’s Corp did not respond to a request for comment.

Nationwide, the issue of scheduling is becoming a new battleground in the fight to boost living standards for low-paid workers, waged largely by the “Fight for $15” movement. The five-year-old, union-backed initiative has already helped convince many jurisdictions, including New York state, to raise minimum wages.

In Oregon, a bill that would set regular scheduling for workers at large food service, hospitality and retail companies is awaiting the governor’s signature. Similar bills are pending in five other states.

Not only do fluctuating schedules wreak havoc with tight household budgets, they make it difficult to make appointments, arrange child care and plan family time, workers point out.

The restaurant industry vigorously opposed the New York City law. Combined with higher minimum wages, scheduling requirements will eventually cripple some fast-food outlets, which mostly operate on thin profit margins of 1.5 to 3 percent, it says.

Wow the Democrats sure aren’t tired of losing yet! Former Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn and current mayoral candidate Jessyn Farrell have joined those demanding Murray step down following a blistering report in The Seattle Times.
