DNC Chair Claims: “White People Are Not Entitled To Equal Protection Under Voting Rights Act But Minorities Are”

Everyone knows Tom Perez has an extremely strong history of racism. After all, that’s why the Dems love him so much. Anything to discredit white working class Americans s great for their pocket books!

Thegatewaypundit.com reported: An investigation into Perez revealed extreme views he holds according to A Review of the Operations of the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division conducted by the Office of the Inspector General Oversight and Review Division in March of 2013. Perez told investigators that white people were not entitled to protection under the Voting Rights Act according to a report from the Washington Free Beacon.

From The Department of Justice:

CRT AAG Perez stated that interpreting Section 5’s retrogressive-effects standard to not cover White citizens was consistent with the Division’s longstanding practice, as well as case law interpreting the provision and the intent behind its enactment… Perez noted that the Division has always understood the term ‘minority’ to mean not numerical minority but rather ‘an identifiable and specially disadvantaged group.

According to Perez, applying Section 5’s retrogressive-effect protections to White citizens would create ‘dramatic complications’ … noting that ‘many voting changes … will almost always have some racial effect in some direction,’ and if the retrogressive-effect standard protects everyone, then virtually no proposed voting changes would ever be approved.

Hillary Clinton is very excited that she’ll have another corrupt DNC Chair she can work with as she begins her efforts to run for President in 2020.

Breaking: The Eiffel Tower Has Been Evacuated

Can anyone guess who would do such a thing?

News.com.au reported: FRENCH police arrested an intruder brandishing a knife at the Eiffel Tower on Saturday night which led the monument to be evacuated, sources said.

The man, who is aged around 19 and has a history of psychological problems, forced his way past security guards and then shouted, “Allahu Akbar” (“God is Great”), a legal source told AFP.

Armed soldiers who are permanently stationed at the Eiffel Tower ordered him to drop his weapon, which he did without attacking anyone, the source said, asking not to be named.

The man, who was apparently alone, was “very quickly overpowered and arrested” and nobody was hurt, a statement from the company that runs the monument said.

After the arrest, police at the site checked the venue and called for it to be evacuated at around 00:30, 15 minutes before the Eiffel Tower normally closes, the statement added.

The intruder was wearing a Paris Saint-Germain soccer shirt. At the time of the incident the tower was lit up with the colours of the team to welcome the club’s new world-record signing, Brazilian star Neymar.

France has been under a state of emergency since the November 2015 attacks on Paris restaurants, a concert venue and a sports stadium that left 130 people dead.

Since the first wave of terror attacks in January 2015, 239 people have been killed.

The legal source said the man with the knife, a Frenchman born in the West African state of Mauritania, had been discharged from a psychiatric hospital in July.

The tower reopened on Sunday morning as usual at 9am (5pm AEST).

Breaking: China Has Just Joined Russia

China has joined Russia in endorsing the massive U.N. Sanctions bill against North Korea.

Axios.com reported: “After a month of deliberations and negotiations, the [U.N.] Security Council on Saturday unanimously passed a resolution that would slash about $1 billion off North Korea’s annual foreign revenue,” the Wall Street Journal’s Farnaz Fassihi reports:

“China and Russia … ultimately endorsed the resolution, saying the rogue nation’s recent provocations were unacceptable.”

“U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley … personally thanked China for helping move the resolution.”

“The U.S., which had drafted and put forward the resolution, negotiated for more than a month with China.”

“[R]esolution steps up trade restrictions with Pyongyang by aiming to cut off a third of its $3 billion annual export revenue … bans countries from … new joint ventures with Pyongyang.”
Be smart: This looks like a big, unforeseen win for Trump. Stanford’s Michael McFaul‏ — U.S. ambassador to Russia under Obama, and a persistent and influential Trump critic — tweeted: “This vote is a genuine foreign policy achievement. … Well done Ambassador @nikkihaley.”

Breaking: “James Comey Blocked It”

FBI sources have revealed that back when James Comey was still FBI director, he and then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe blocked the arrest of Aivi Awan. Aivi Awan, the wife of the Wasserman Schultz IT specialist who was arrested for bank fraud last week, was suspected aiding in the swindling of $283,000 and was busted carrying over $12,400 in undocumented cash.

True Pundit reported: Alvi Awan was suspected of helping swindle $283,000 from banks and was busted carrying over $12,400 in undocumented cash when the FBI caught up with her at Dulles International Airport in March.

But incredibly Awan — the wife of Imran Awan, the IT specialist and con man employed by Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who was arrested last week for bank fraud — was never detained or forced to stay in the United States. Her arrest in fact was blocked by then-FBI Director James Comey and then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, FBI sources said.

So federal agents and Capitol Police watched as the former Democratic congressional aide and suspected bank fraudster stepped onto Qatar Air1ines Flight 708 to Doha, Qatar, on her way to Lahore, Pakistan with her three daughters, bulging luggage and $12,400 in undocumented cash — a federal crime in itself. Awan had essentially been given a license to disappear from the clutches of US law enforcement, never likely to return to the United States. She was in the wind, courtesy of the FBI.

“This was a call from the top, Comey and McCabe,” a well-placed FBI agent said. “Anyone else would have been held and with that cash she didn’t declare she could have been locked up. The agents at Dulles wanted to hold her but they were told to stand down.”

Comey has since been fired and McCabe currently is Acting FBI Director until the new FBI director is sworn in.

The lead FBI case agent at Dulles was Brandon Merriman who has been on the job for a little more than a year and was investigating Imran and Alvi Awan’s bank schemes. FBI sources said he did not have the political juice to plead for Awan’s arrest and as an agent, there is little he could have done to keep Awan in the states since his bosses decided to put her in the wind. Merriman also put together the arrest warrant for Imran Awan in July. A portion of that warrant is included below where the FBI agent acknowledged he knew that when Alvi Awan stepped onto that flight she would never return to the United States.

So why then did the FBI put her in the wind?

If the FBI wanted to explore and build a criminal case against Wasserman Schultz, the former DNC chairwoman and Clinton consigliere, and even firm up the case against Imran Awan, holding leverage over Alvi and Imran Awan would make more than good sense. So the release of Alvi back to Pakistan — essentially a US law enforcement no-go zone — speaks volumes about the FBI brass wanting to protect Wasserman Schultz and essentially her long-time mentor Hillary Clinton.

“When you have a guy’s wife locked up and you’re looking at the husband, you have leverage to get him to cooperate,” a FBI insider said. “This is really great leverage and it wasn’t even put into play.”

If this was simply a bank fraud case, Alvi Awan would still be in the United States and her husband would have been locked up long before July. FBI sources said they had sufficient evidence of bank fraud in December 2016 yet no arrest warrants were filed until July. There is little doubt the Awans were being protected by FBI bosses, federal law enforcement sources said.

For instance, it is a felony to export more than $10,000 from the United States absent filing a currency transportation report. FBI sources said Alvi Awan did not file the report. Yet she was allowed to leave the country anyway. And with the cash and the FBI’s explicit knowledge she defrauded at least two financial institutions.

As a sidebar, Alvi Awan would also have served as a key witness in the emerging case building against Wasserman Schultz, the DNC, and what role Hillary Clinton played into the emerging labyrinth of Awan-related security breaches.

BELOW: FBI Agent Brandon Merriman admits in an arrest warrant filed for her husband in July that when the Bureau allowed Alvi Awan to walk away, they would never see her again in the United States.

Breaking: Democrats Block The Bill

Every time the Dems block a bill it reminds me of how much they must hate America. The Democrats have blocked an intelligence bill supporting critical national security programs. Democrats said they blocked it because it was being pushed too fast.

Pathetic: New York Mayor Bill De Blasio Has Homeless Riders On Subway Booted From Train Before He Enters

The New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio had homeless riders on the subway booted from the train before he entered the car. Sounds like a Democrat to me!

The NY Post reported: Mayor de Blasio ventured into the city’s decrepit subway system on Sunday — but didn’t have to face the foul-smelling and often crazy vagrants that ordinary New Yorkers are forced to contend with every day.

That’s because police were ordered to roust all the homeless people from two stations ahead of the mayor’s four-stop press event as he rode from his Park Slope gym to his new re-election headquarters in Downtown Brooklyn, law-enforcement sources told The Post.

The rank and file had until 11 a.m. to prepare the Fourth Avenue/Ninth Street and Jay Street/MetroTech F train stations for the mayor’s brief, underground publicity stunt, sources said.

One source characterized the directive — contained in an email from the NYPD’s Transit Bureau — as instructing cops to “make sure nobody’s hanging out” so that the stations “looked nice.”

Another source said the mayor’s office notified police brass of his schedule ahead of time “with the expectation that the subway stations would be free and clear of homeless people.”

“It’s too bad he’s only interested when he’s going to get on the subway,” the source said.

“I wish he had the same attention to detail when he wasn’t on the subway. Too bad he doesn’t care about quality of life for all passengers and not just himself.”

A newsstand manager inside the Jay Street/MetroTech station was shocked by the noticeable absence of derelicts on the uptown A, C and F platform surrounding his kiosk.

“I see a lot of homeless people in a week — up to 25. On average five a day. Today, I have seen only one,” Ali Imtiaz said.

“I was asking my colleague today why we don’t see any homeless.”
